We went for the festive afternoon tea and it was the best we've ever had. The food was amazing and worth the price. The staff were really friendly and in a lovely setting - you can see why they win all the awards they do. Our only small grumble is the driveway - I've never seen so many potholes! But well worth the bumpy journey to get there.

Realy worth a stay or just a meal. Rooms and food are good value for money. Take it easy around the final few road miles as some are very narrow. Lovely helpfull people work here in a smashing location.

We spent 2 nights at the charming Pond Cottage at Frasers. The first thing I said when we walked in was, ‘the online photos don’t do it justice!’ It’s a luxurious and spacious self-catering space on one level (a small barn conversion) with …

Attractive hotel, good location, very friendly staff, good food, excellent parking. But really much too expensive for all the faults:
Shower leaking into bathroom (design fault); no hot water in shower (in any of the 4 rooms we booked); very slow service (20 mins to get a cup of coffee); rooms so light they provide eye masks so you can sleep; whiff of septic tank around reception area. Just not good enough given their London-level prices.

Had afternoon tea at Frasers, and it was lovely. A beautiful place, in the middle of nowhere. Once you find it, it's a real treat. Staff were very friendly, and the food was sublime.

Stayed over night and found the room very comfortable and immaculately clean. The owner was extremely helpful and couldn't do more for us. The Brunch menu was lovely and we would definitely go back!

My wife and I just had our wedding here. Absolutely stunning place. The food is to die for (Thanks to Jamie the chef), Lisa (the owner) is extremely nice and the rest of the staff are so nice and friendly too. Anything you need, they will sort. I would highly recommend this place for weddings, parties, corporate events or just for something to eat. The rooms are beautiful too. The bridal suite especially. Frasers is off the beaten track but definitely worth a visit. We will be going back again and again.
Rooms: Absolutely beautiful rooms.
Walkability: In the countryside so there are plenty of places to explore.
Food & drinks: Beautifully made and tastes great.

The food was delicious as well and the setting was stunning . Special thanks to Jo and her team . My husband honestly had the best day.

We recently hosted our Mum’s 60th birthday here. We hired Stags Barn- the rooms and the dining area and we worked with Jo to create a menu suited to my mum and our guests. My mum and my sister are gluten-intolerant and Jo arranged for all …

Booked to host my Baby Shower at Frasers in the Stags Barn as i loved the style, lighting and private hire feel for myself & guests. Paid a deposit and then was emailed to say they had to move my booking to the main restaurant which I had previously explained wasn't what I was looking for. Assuming they got a bigger party or booked the rooms out (probably more money). Disappointed to say the least in this venue as i have been many times and enjoyed the Afternoon Tea. BUT paying a deposit doesn't actually guarantee the booking/ area you requested. Still struggling to find someone else and with only 6 weeks to go but I'd maybe consider using this venue for small hires as they will most likely change it if more money is on offer.
